Getting Started with Member Management

Adding Your First Member
After logging in, adding members is straightforward:
- Navigate to Members in the sidebar
- Click Add Member
- Fill in the member details:
- Name and contact information
- Membership type
- Start date
- Payment method
- Click Save
Importing Multiple Members
If you have existing member data, use the import feature:
- Go to Members > Import
- Download the CSV template
- Fill in your member data following the template format
- Upload the completed CSV file
- Review and confirm the import
Managing Member Profiles
Each member profile contains:
- Contact information and photo
- Membership details and history
- Attendance records
- Payment history
- Notes and documents
