Adding Your First Member

After logging in, adding members is straightforward:

  1. Navigate to Members in the sidebar
  2. Click Add Member
  3. Fill in the member details:
    • Name and contact information
    • Membership type
    • Start date
    • Payment method
  4. Click Save

Importing Multiple Members

If you have existing member data, use the import feature:

  1. Go to Members > Import
  2. Download the CSV template
  3. Fill in your member data following the template format
  4. Upload the completed CSV file
  5. Review and confirm the import

Managing Member Profiles

Each member profile contains:

  • Contact information and photo
  • Membership details and history
  • Attendance records
  • Payment history
  • Notes and documents
