Inviting Staff Members

Adding Staff Members

Invite your team to help manage your gym:

  1. Go to Settings > Staff
  2. Click Invite Staff
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role:
    • Admin: Full access to all features
    • Manager: Manage members, classes, and reports
    • Front Desk: Check-in members and basic operations
    • Trainer: View schedules and mark attendance
  5. Send the invitation

Staff Permissions

Each role has different permissions. Customize access in Settings > Roles & Permissions.
