Payment Failed

If a member's payment failed:

Common Causes

  • Insufficient funds: Member needs to add funds to their account
  • Expired card: Member needs to update card details
  • Bank decline: Member should contact their bank
  • Incorrect details: Member should re-enter card information

What Happens Next

Our system automatically:

  1. Notifies the member of the failed payment
  2. Retries the payment after 3 days
  3. Retries again after 7 days

Manual Retry

Members can manually retry payment from their member portal or you can collect an alternative payment.
