Payment Failed
If a member's payment failed:
Common Causes
- Insufficient funds: Member needs to add funds to their account
- Expired card: Member needs to update card details
- Bank decline: Member should contact their bank
- Incorrect details: Member should re-enter card information
What Happens Next
Our system automatically:
- Notifies the member of the failed payment
- Retries the payment after 3 days
- Retries again after 7 days
Manual Retry
Members can manually retry payment from their member portal or you can collect an alternative payment.
