Recovering Deleted Members

Accidentally Deleted a Member

If you've accidentally deleted a member, there may be a way to recover:

Check Recently Deleted

1. Go to Members
2. Click More > Recently Deleted
3. Select the member to restore

Contact Support

If the member was deleted more than 30 days ago or isn't in Recently Deleted:

1. Contact [email protected]
2. Provide the member's name and approximate deletion date
3. We'll attempt to recover from backups

Preventing Accidental Deletions

Only grant delete permissions to staff who need it. Enable confirmation dialogs in Settings.
